International Major Events with Custom Corporate Event Design
Vorwerk aims to honor particularly deserving employees through international major events. For the first time in the company’s history, a global event of unprecedented scale is set to be created, bringing together all nations and establishing a milestone in terms of appreciation culture and experiential quality. To achieve this, a unique event brand is to be developed and established across the corporation and worldwide. This represents Employer Branding at its best.
As a full-service event partner, B+D Events is responsible for designing the entire corporate event concept for the new global format. The first two events, each hosting 1,500-2,000 participants, will take place in London and Lisbon. B+D Events, acting as the general contractor, handles the concept, implementation, coordination of all international partners, program elements, awards, and all details from A to Z. The format spans three days with participants from up to 20 nations, featuring an international program with numerous live highlights, including surprise performances by Robbie Williams and Eros Ramazzotti. The new event brand not only revitalizes the corporation-wide sales competition but also strengthens Vorwerk’s position as an attractive employer brand. Participation in the new event format becomes a highly coveted attraction throughout the entire corporation after just two initial events.
