The digital information and advisory services provided by the Consumer Protection Center of North Rhine-Westphalia (Verbraucherzentrale NRW) are designed to cater to both the general population and the internal organization. On one hand, these services aim to offer the wider public straightforward access to diverse support in consumers’ everyday lives. On the other hand, web-based tools are utilized to enhance, expedite, and complement the internal organization’s processes effectively.

To ensure a consistent brand image in the public domain, a Web2Print platform is being developed. This platform allows all 60 counseling centers in North Rhine-Westphalia to create individual promotional materials tailored to their regional and low-volume needs. This approach effectively complements the predominantly centrally controlled production of print advertising materials by addressing local

B+D designs, conceptualizes, and programs the Web2Print application tailored to the users’ needs. This platform allows users to easily and quickly create their own promotional materials. The corporate design guidelines of the brand are automatically applied, ensuring a cohesive and consistent visual identity across all created materials.
