A total of 160 members of the international top management from around the world are invited to this high-profile event. The event spans three days and includes various interactive formats.

B+D Events develops the ‘Adhesive General Bazaar,’ an in-house trade show where 25 business units showcase and present their products. In several workshops, best and worst-case scenarios from day-to-day operations are presented, and international process improvements as well as general problem-solving approaches are compared and discussed.
As a highlight, a completely branded train with LOCTITE drives onto the premises, which is glued together using a special device and only 3 grams of adhesive. The total weight of the train exceeds 200 tons – and it holds together. This not only amazed those on-site but also received extensive coverage in the press. Another highlight is a surprise dinner for the 160-person team at a Guinness record-worthy long table.

The right branding makes the difference

The entire event design is also created in-house at B+D. Design and production are centrally coordinated, including numerous print materials and exceptional decorative elements, such as an oversized balloon in the Bazaar hall.

From name tags to table sets and the directional system throughout the venue, everything is produced in the red, industrial design. A passport, distributed at the beginning, not only contains the location and agenda of the conference but also provides the opportunity to collect stamps at various stands in the bazaar, documenting the journey through Henkel’s brands. Following the event, branded notebooks with pictures of the conference are designed and sent out.
The entire conference was captured in an event film, partly consisting of drone footage.
